Session math & RTP benchmark
Because neither Penalty Unlimited nor its wider InOut sheet publishes an RTP percentage in this catalogue, session planning at Here2Win Casino relies on stake discipline: set a 150x–200x buffer in A$ and verify the live paytable inside the game help screen before spinning.
Pros and cons
Pros
- InOut is on the card, not buried in a lobby.
- The play button stays on pokiesvault.com and then opens Here2Win Casino.

Cons
- This page is a catalogue. It does not hold an A$ balance.
- No bonus figure is printed. Any offer sits inside Here2Win Casino and can change.

- Volatility is not on the source card.
The studio behind it
InOut is the studio printed on Penalty Unlimited. Pokies Vault lists 40 of their pokies for Australia, and this is one of them. Open that page if you want a neighbour title from the same studio.
Two more InOut pokies in this catalogue are San Quentin Twist and Mine Slot 2.
Studio certification & mechanics
InOut (InOut Studio) is an iGaming studio headquartered in International iGaming Studio. Its random number generators (RNG) and math models are audited by Independent RNG & math verification (GLI / iTech Labs / BMM Testlabs standards) and certified across Certified RNG for regulated international casino markets. Studio RTP policy: Published per-title theoretical RTP where provided on the studio sheet.
In the Pokies Vault catalogue, InOut accounts for 40 pokies, playable at Here2Win Casino. Signature studio mechanics include HTML5 video slot math, mobile-first reel layouts, and bonus feature triggers.
Technical layout for Penalty Unlimited: 5×3 / 5×4 HTML5 video grid paired with Standard studio payline / ways structure, running natively in HTML5 across desktop, iOS, and Android browsers at Here2Win Casino.
What this pokie is
Pokies Vault files Penalty Unlimited as a record: studio InOut, then the numbers the card actually has, then the door to Here2Win Casino. Guessing would break the point of the page.
Before the stake, use the fact list and the pros and cons. Both stay inside what the card publishes. Penalty Unlimited is the InOut pokie, and the reels run at Here2Win Casino.
InOut is the studio on the Penalty Unlimited card. That is the fact worth trusting on this page. If the session feels fast, that matches a pokie. Set a loss limit before the first spin.
How you open it
- Open Penalty Unlimited from the play button. The click stays on pokiesvault.com, then Here2Win Casino loads the pokie.
- Set the stake in A$ before the reels move. A smaller stake just makes a pokie last longer.
- Stop on a clock you set in the Gold Coast, not when the pokie 'looks due'.
Questions
Where do I open Penalty Unlimited if I am in Australia?
Yes. Pokies Vault links Penalty Unlimited to Here2Win Casino for Australian players. The button on this page stays on pokiesvault.com and then opens the pokie at Here2Win Casino.
Which studio built Penalty Unlimited?
The provider is InOut. Other InOut pokies on Pokies Vault sit on the same provider page if you want a neighbour title.
Where does the A$ stake actually go?
Pokies Vault is a catalogue. The stake in A$ is placed at Here2Win Casino after you follow the play button. This page does not hold a balance.
Can I open Penalty Unlimited on a phone?
Yes. The play button on pokiesvault.com is the same on a phone as on a desktop. The session then runs at Here2Win Casino, and the stake is still in A$.
Is Penalty Unlimited staked in A$?
At Here2Win Casino the stake for Australian players is in A$. Pokies Vault does not convert it and does not print a minimum, because the minimum is set inside the game.
Can I try Penalty Unlimited here without an account?
This page is the written card. It does not run the reels, free or paid. Play happens at Here2Win Casino.
Does Pokies Vault score Penalty Unlimited?
No score is printed on purpose. A star would be a house opinion. The page sticks to the studio, the published RTP when the card has one, and the volatility label.
Does Penalty Unlimited remember my last session?
Nothing on this page is a timer for a feature. If the last session went badly, the next one does not owe you the difference.
Is Penalty Unlimited an 18+ game?
18+. Pokies Vault is a catalogue, and Here2Win Casino is where the session runs. Do not open the pokie if you are under 18.
Where does the click on Penalty Unlimited go?
Pokies Vault records the page you were on and sends you to Here2Win Casino with Australia already on the trail.
Where are the other InOut games?
Use the provider link under the title. That list is the same studio, not a random mix, and each title opens at Here2Win Casino.
Does it matter that I am in the Gold Coast?
No. the Gold Coast is named because readers are there. It is not a setting inside Penalty Unlimited, and it does not change the RTP.
Will I see a bonus figure for Penalty Unlimited here?
Pokies Vault will not print a match amount or a spin count for Penalty Unlimited. Those terms belong to the casino, and they change.
Is Penalty Unlimited a club or pub pokie?
No. Penalty Unlimited on Pokies Vault is an online pokie opened at Here2Win Casino. It is not a machine on a club floor and it does not carry a local sticker.
When should I close Penalty Unlimited?
Set an A$ limit and a clock before the first spin, then close the game when either one is reached. Penalty Unlimited will not close itself.
Can you estimate the RTP of Penalty Unlimited?
The source card did not include a published RTP, so this page leaves the gap empty. Pokies Vault will not copy a figure from a similar InOut pokie.
Why does Penalty Unlimited have a pros and cons list?
It splits what the card publishes from what Pokies Vault refuses to invent. A printed RTP is listed because it is a source figure. A missing hit rate is named as a limit, not filled in.
Which part of the Penalty Unlimited page is the preview?
Start with the short answer under the title, then the fact list. Both should agree: studio InOut, and RTP only when the card has one. The pros and cons repeat that split in plain lines.
How do I open the right Penalty Unlimited?
Use the full name on this card. A shorter search in the Here2Win Casino lobby can open a different InOut title.
How many reels and paylines does Penalty Unlimited have?
The card does not publish a maximum win, a reel count, or a payline count. Pokies Vault does not guess them.
Are the bonus features of Penalty Unlimited described here?
The card has no feature label, so no bonus round is described. Pokies Vault does not invent one.
How a session behaves
Use the figures first and the mood never. Penalty Unlimited at Here2Win Casino is still only a session with an A$ stake.
The maths does not soften because the catalogue page is long. Walk away while the stake in A$ is still a choice.
Stake and the cashier
The vault does not store deposits. PayID and cards are a Here2Win Casino matter once pokiesvault.com has handed you over.
The A$ stake is chosen inside Penalty Unlimited at Here2Win Casino. Funding the account is a separate step from reading Pokies Vault.
Who it suits
This card does not carry a volatility mark, so Pokies Vault does not guess who Penalty Unlimited suits. The studio is InOut. The session still opens at Here2Win Casino.
